Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Mechanical Project Engineer
with experience inbuilding construction
to manage, coordinate, and oversee mechanical systems throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves working closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems are designed, installed, and maintained according to project specifications and regulatory standards.Responsibilities:
Lead mechanical scope of construction projects, manage schedules, budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders. Review HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection designs; ensure code compliance; support value engineering. Supervise site installations, resolve technical issues, and perform inspections and commissioning. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors; attend meetings; prepare reports and documentation. Ensure mechanical works comply with HSE standards; enforce safety practices on site.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. Min 6 years' experience in building construction within UAE Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
