We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Mechanical Project Engineer

with a strong background in both

H

VAC systems and Plumbing works to join our team in

Dubai

. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and completion of mechanical services across major infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and coordinate all mechanical site activities related to

HVAC

and

plumbing

systems. Review and approve mechanical designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals. Supervise the installation and commissioning of chilled water networks, energy transfer stations (ETS), and plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, stormwater, etc.). Ensure compliance with local codes (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DDA, etc.) and international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, UPC). Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve design and execution challenges. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and HSE compliance on site. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely delivery within budget. Manage material procurement schedules, manpower planning, and subcontractor supervision.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience

in mechanical engineering, including

HVAC

and

plumbing

systems. Proven track record in handling large-scale MEP projects in the UAE or GCC region. Strong technical knowledge in chilled water piping, pump stations, water distribution, drainage, and fire fighting. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
