Mechanical Procurement Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for mechanical equipment and materials.
Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation.
Coordinate with project and engineering teams to understand technical specifications and project requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and manage supplier performance.
Maintain records of procurement activities, contracts, and inventory.
Monitor project budgets and support cost control measures.
Follow up on logistics, import/export procedures, and compliance with procurement policies.
Candidates must currently be based in UAE and have a strong experience in Highrise Building and Villas Project with MEP Companies
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in MEP procurement.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and MEP project requirements.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
