Minimum 3-5 years experience in hospital/healthcare facility maintenance
Strong technical knowledge in:
HVAC systems (package units, AHUs, FCUs, chillers)
Plumbing systems (pumps, drainage, water supply)
Medical gas systems (preferred)
Ability to supervise mechanical technicians and manage daily maintenance works
Familiar with hospital safety standards and compliance requirements
Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities:
Supervise preventive & corrective maintenance for HVAC and plumbing systems
Ensure smooth operation of chillers, pumps, valves, pipe networks, AHUs/FCUs, and drainage systems
Handle emergency breakdowns efficiently
Coordinate with facility management and engineering team
Maintain checklists, logs, and technical reports
Ensure compliance with hospital safety and hygiene protocols
