: The Job Instructor reports to the Plant Training & Development \xe2\x80\x8eSection Head. He provides On Job Training (OJT) to the UAE \xe2\x80\x8enational developees.\xe2\x80\x8e
As part of the Nationalization process of Client, young UAE nationals \xe2\x80\x8eare recruited as developees and being trained to take established \xe2\x80\x8epositions in the company. In order to develop them as competent \xe2\x80\x8epersonnel, structured OJT programs have been developed as CAS for \xe2\x80\x8eOperator! Technician developees and CAMS for Engineer Developees.\xe2\x80\x8e The Job Instructor\'s role is to teach and train them to \xe2\x80\x8eget adequate competency \xe2\x80\x8e level in the organization in par with the \xe2\x80\x8eemployees in established positions.\xe2\x80\x8e
To provide On Job Training (OJT) to the Operator! Technician \xe2\x80\x8edevelopees using the approved Personal Development Plans (PDP) \xe2\x80\x8ethrough the CAS system.\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\xa2 To provide On Job Training (OJT) to the Engineer developees using the \xe2\x80\x8eapproved
Personal Development Framework (PDF) through the CAMS system.\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\xa2\xe2\x80\x8e To participate in the development of Client\'s annual training plan \xe2\x80\x8eby assisting line personnel review, analyze and evaluate proposed \xe2\x80\x8etraining courses to ensure the courses support the organizational \xe2\x80\x8eoperational ! technical training objectives and requirements.\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\xa2\xe2\x80\x8e To support the implementation of approved plans in Buhasa as per \xe2\x80\x8eset timelines and quality standards in order to achieve the required \xe2\x80\x8eskill levels in the technical functions.\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\xa2\xe2\x80\x8e To contribute to the development, implementation and regular \xe2\x80\x8ereview of the training policies, procedures and systems to ensure \xe2\x80\x8econsistent & systematic application of best practices and to improve \xe2\x80\x8eplan performance.\xe2\x80\x8eTo review the technical requirements and procedures of \xe2\x80\x8eTechnical/operational functions and develop On the Job Training \xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e(OJT) programs to ensure effective skill development of UAE national \xe2\x80\x8etrainees.\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\xa2\xe2\x80\x8e To prepare relevant training schedules based on the actual \xe2\x80\x8eneeds of the operational requirements and personal development \xe2\x80\x8eplans to fulfill organizational objectives by effective employee \xe2\x80\x8edevelopment.\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\xa2\xe2\x80\x8e To manage and update OJT information, arrange the learning \xe2\x80\x8eresources or documents such as training material, Operation \xe2\x80\x8eManuals, technical drawings, operation / technical procedures etc. \xe2\x80\x8ethat are required by the trainees in order to ensure successful \xe2\x80\x8eexecution of training programs.\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\xa2\xe2\x80\x8e To train existing staff on new operations / technology when \xe2\x80\x8eacquired by the company and coordinate internal and external \xe2\x80\x8etraining sessions on related equipment and process units.\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\xa2\xe2\x80\x8e To provide refresher training to established operations personnel \xe2\x80\x8eor technicians, when requested by Section Heads or Shift \xe2\x80\x8eControllers, in order to increase their performance.\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\xa2\xe2\x80\x8e To plan for plant visits based on trainee availability, training \xe2\x80\x8erequirements and availability of other resources, conduct OJT during \xe2\x80\x8esite visits and issue OJT report on trainees\' performance for \xe2\x80\x8emanagement decision making.\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\xa2\xe2\x80\x8e To develop and administer theoretical and practical \xe2\x80\x8eassessment tests for operators, technicians and engineering \xe2\x80\x8etrainees to ensure their OJT activities achieve the desired training \xe2\x80\x8erequirements.\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\xa2\xe2\x80\x8e To assist in the performance review process by advising on accurate \xe2\x80\x8ecompletion of the Development Plans in order to ensure \xe2\x80\x8ecomprehensive capturing of individual training requirements.\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\xa2\xe2\x80\x8e To conduct counseling sessions with trainees and determine if they \xe2\x80\x8ehave problems with formal technical training or OJT training \xe2\x80\x8econducted by line personnel and develop follow-up training activities \xe2\x80\x8eto overcome the identified problem areas.\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\xa2\xe2\x80\x8e To enforce the implementation of Client\'s Health, Safety and \xe2\x80\x8eEnvironment Management System (HSE-MS) and also promote \xe2\x80\x8eawareness of its use among all division and department personnel.\xe2\x80\x8e
