We are seeking an experienced

Mechanical Insulator

to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in insulation installation and repair within the

oil & gas, industrial, or petrochemical sectors

. The role involves insulating pipes, valves, tanks, and equipment to maintain temperature control, energy efficiency, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and maintain hot and cold insulation on pipes, valves, tanks, and mechanical equipment Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials (mineral wool, calcium silicate, foam glass, etc.) Apply protective cladding (aluminum, stainless steel, or other materials) Inspect insulation systems and perform repairs or replacements as needed Follow insulation drawings and technical specifications Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and temperature control standards Coordinate with maintenance and mechanical teams during shutdowns Support valve and piping insulation during refurbishment and service works

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience as a Mechanical Insulator (preferably in Oil & Gas) Knowledge of insulation materials and installation techniques Ability to read basic technical drawings Familiarity with industrial safety procedures Good physical fitness and ability to work in site conditions Ability to work under pressure during shutdowns and maintenance activities UAE/GCC experience preferred

Education:

Secondary education / Vocational certification / ITI or relevant trade qualification

Other Details:

Immediate joiners preferred Willing to work at project sites as required
