Mechanical Inspectors
Job Description
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in mechanical inspection and supervision
Prior consultant site supervision experience on hospitality projects
Must be based in the UAE
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, standards, and safety protocols
Experience in inspecting HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical installations
Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site inspections of mechanical works to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
Review installation practices and material quality
Identify and report non-conformities or issues
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues
Maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation
Ensure safety and quality standards are adhered to throughout the project
