Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience, specifically in high-rise building projects in a consultant field. Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire protection and LPG systems. Experience in Testing & Commissioning, Inspection of work and materials as per the authority requirements and standards. Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A background in an engineering consultancy office in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all mechanical works on high-rise building projects. Ensure full compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and international standards. Review and approve mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure quality control. Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as required.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 10 years of electrical inspection experience, specifically in high-rise building projects in a consultant field. In-depth knowledge of NEC, IEC, NFPA, and local electrical regulations and authority regulations. Familiarity with inspection tools and electrical testing procedures Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements Good communication and site coordination capabilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of electrical installations to verify code and design compliance Monitor electrical work on site to ensure quality and safety standards Check cable routing, panel installations, grounding, and lighting systems Witness electrical tests (e.g., insulation resistance, continuity, function tests) Review material deliveries for compliance with approved submittals Identify non-conformances and issue NCRs where applicable Maintain detailed inspection records and generate regular reports Assist during testing, commissioning, and final handover phases
