Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled mechanical inspectors with 6 to 8 years experience preferably wit consultant to join our Building Consultancy team. This position requires Diploma in mechanical engineering, site supervision skills to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision.

Expertise in supervision and implementation of mechanical systems for high-rise buildings and large-scale projects, covering HVAC/fire fighting/plumbing/drainage etc.

Regulatory Compliance & Standards:

Ensure all mechanical designs and installations adhere to DEWA, SIRA, DCD, DM, TRAKHEES, and other relevant regulatory authorities' standards.

Stay updated on local and international codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Ensure all installed systems align with sustainability goals and energy efficiency standards.

Work closely with

contractors, consultants, and suppliers

to ensure smooth execution
