Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily site inspections of all mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and other related systems. Ensure that all mechanical installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and standards. Monitor contractors' performance to ensure quality and timely delivery of works. Review and verify materials, shop drawings, and method statements related to mechanical works. Identify and report any non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues. Prepare and submit inspection reports and maintain proper documentation. Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed on site.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum of

5-7 years of experience

as a Mechanical Inspector, with at least

3 years in consultancy firms

. Proven experience in

high-rise building projects

is mandatory. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and industry standards. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. UAE experience preferred.
