VX Studio Consultancy is seeking a qualified and experienced
Mechanical Inspector
to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong consultancy background and a proven track record working on high-rise building projects.Key Responsibilities:
Inspect mechanical works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards. Monitor the installation of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems. Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain detailed records of site activities. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is progressing according to project schedules and quality standards. Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively. Assist in testing, commissioning, and final handover of mechanical systems. Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
Requirements:
Minimum of
5 years' experience
in mechanical inspection within consultancy firms. Extensive experience working onhigh-rise building projects
is a must. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and applicable codes and standards. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).Job Type: Full-time
