Job Description

Objective

To ensure that the vehicles are well maintained and in a presentable condition, as well as ensuring timely mechanical checkup and maintained with coordination with workshop.

Qualification

Holding a recognized qualification in motor vehicle repair or equivalent experience in relevant field Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Experience inspecting vehicles, with the Vehicle Code familiarity. Must have good problem solving abilities as well as knowledge of car mechanics and safety procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel Preferably holding UAE driving license.

Roles and Responsibilities

:

In charge on Fleet logistical issues and keep fleet reports up to date Follow and update Fleet Management System (LES, CERT, Orbits, etc.) Overlook Daily Fleet Movement with Key Controller and Fleet Inspectors POS devices availability and Operational status (Complaint Handling) POS devices availability and Operational status (Complaint Handling) Schedule & Inspection for Muroor and ITC Test - Fleet Registration Renewal process Schedule & Inspection for Muroor and ITC Test - Fleet Registration Renewal process Maintained and updating report Coordination with PRO for Renewal and handling registration cards Maintain NGV Operational (CNG Maintenance by coordinating ET) Follow up CNG Work orders and Invoices Coordinate with Motopro for Mechanical and Accident Repair Coordinates with Emirates Transports following CNG operations and logistics support. Coordinates with PayBy with regard to POS Devices logistics support Demonstrate sound judgment in respect of competent serviceability Ability to assess the state and life expectancy of vehicle components Ability to identify and priorities vehicle defects Ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Vehicle inspecting, repairs and maintenance: 1 year (Required) Vehicle Mechanics & procedures: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:

* UAE license (Preferred)
