Job Description
Requirements:
Proven experience in mechanical works within MEP projects
Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and quality procedures
Ability to supervise and coordinate mechanical teams
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Responsibilities:
Supervise mechanical installation activities on-site
Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Coordinate with other trades and project managers
Manage manpower and equipment utilization
Conduct quality inspections and resolve on-site issues
Maintain safety and cleanliness at work site
Prepare daily work reports and progress updates
