Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Mechanical Engineer to organize, coordinate, and monitor mechanical operations and equipment performance. The ideal candidate will ensure that all mechanical systems, processes, and maintenance activities run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize daily mechanical activities and allocate work to technicians and operators. Monitor and supervise the operation of mechanical systems, machines, and production equipment. Ensure all machinery and equipment are functioning efficiently with minimum downtime. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly to maintain smooth operations. Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and equipment performance. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and project execution. Review and implement safety procedures for all mechanical activities. Recommend improvements in processes, systems, and machinery for higher efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Proven experience in equipment maintenance, plant operations, or production supervision. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial machinery. Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot and make sound decisions under pressure. Familiar with preventive maintenance and operational safety procedures.
