Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and oversee mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with project and site teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems, components, and equipment. Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (electrical, civil, HVAC, etc.) to ensure system integration. Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimation, and material selection. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems. Ensure all mechanical works comply with company standards, codes, and safety regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or during design stages. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance manuals. Manage subcontractors and vendors related to mechanical works. Support project management activities including scheduling and budgeting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Proven experience in mechanical system design and implementation (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, etc. preferred). Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other mechanical design software. Strong knowledge of mechanical codes and safety standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (construction or MEP projects preferred).
