Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Sales Team for a Sales Handover, with complete clarity of specifications, project value and timeline. Advice any (discrepancy) differences to Sales Team and ensure techno-commercial compliance. Understand the delivery schedules & production targets for Multiple Simultaneous Projects. Coordinate with the Engg Team for Shop Drawings Coordinate with vendors for procuring technically compliant materials. Coordinate with Procurement for POs for Long Lead items, Structural Steel, Architectural & Electrical items Coordinate with Production and agree to a Project timeline. Coordinate with vendors & logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials. Continuously monitor the Project Margins, such that each project is completed on or above tender margin. Cost any Change & Variation and obtain Variation approval, during execution. Keep the Sales Team regularly updated with the project progress and Confirm Delivery dates with clients. Receive variation orders before Production starts. Material Procurement & Production Information to Production Department. Release for Manufacturing, follow up project during production and Coordinate delivery with production. Assist Sr. engineer in schedule assurance and risk analysis process Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the HOD. Follow through installation with clients and do site measurement & attend site if necessary. Release site measurement for manufacture and review the drawings as built provided by CADD Team. At project close out o Customer satisfaction from client. o Check Total Value, match with purchase order and any variation done. o As built drawing to be submitted to client. Qualification

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3-4 years' experience in Fabrication, structural steel, manufacturing field.

Competence

Ability to technically identify compliant materials. Technically strong in Project Management Excellent in English (oral and written), Hindi.

Skills

Advanced Computer (ACAD, MS Office, MS Project / Primavera, PDF Editor, etc.) Excellent Communicator
