design activities
and may also support
inspection and site-related works
to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and authority requirements. This role demands technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and develop
mechanical design drawings, layouts, and calculations
for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Ensure designs comply with
UAE codes, authority requirements, and international standards
.
Conduct
technical reviews
and provide recommendations to resolve design and site-related issues.
Support
inspection activities
at site, including reviewing installations, materials, and contractor submissions.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth coordination.
Assist in preparation of
technical reports, specifications, and BOQs
.
Stay updated with latest regulations, authority guidelines, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering
.
5-8 years of experience in
mechanical design
; inspection/supervision experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of
HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit
, and relevant design software.
Experience in projects within
UAE (Ras Al Khaimah
)with authority submissions and approvals preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
