Key Responsibilities-

The candidate must possess expertise/experience in the following domains: Perform a variety of professional engineering duties in support of the construction project works, such as calculations and computations, and preparing project cost analysis, BOQ, drawings and specifications review, etc. Participate in the review of contractor work activities and ensure compliance with contract obligations. Review drawings, plans, Mechanical submissions, and other work details submitted by consultants and contractors for conformance with standards, authorities' regulations, and work specifications. Recognized proficiency in technical and commercial judgments in variations, claims, and new items. Candidate should know the local authority's requirements, regulations, the needed permits, and NOCs for the assigned projects. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues Manage day-to-day working, utilization, implementation, and technical consultants engaged in client assignments. Responsible for managing multiple small to medium-sized projects, reporting status updates to ensure the successful completion of ongoing projects. Produce reports on each project at agreed intervals and whenever substantive actions are required. Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications and requirements of the project. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports Review and evaluate regularly the progress reports submitted by the consultant/contractor. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
