Job Description

Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Project Management: Oversee and manage mechanical aspects of pipeline and pumping station projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and quality standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Pipeline Installation: Coordinate and supervise the installation of large-diameter pipelines along roads, including trenching, pipe laying, welding, and testing. Ensure compliance with project plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Pumping Station Installation: Lead the installation of pumping stations, including pumps, motors, valves, and associated equipment. Collaborate with the construction team for proper alignment and connection. \xe2\x80\xa2 Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of work progress, material usage, site instructions, and as-built drawings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaison with Instrumentation Team: Collaborate with the instrumentation team for integration and alignment of mechanical and instrumentation systems. Coordinate instrument installation, calibration, and testing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on the construction site, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Material and Equipment Management: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team Coordination: Collaborate with the construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution of mechanical activities. Provide technical guidance and support as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Progress Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports on mechanical activities, highlighting achievements, challenges, and deviations from the project plan. Communicate updates to stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Site Inspections and Testing: Conduct inspections and testing of mechanical installations to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Perform functional and performance tests. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cost Control: Monitor project costs related to mechanical activities, ensuring efficient resource utilization. Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose alternatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Address concerns and provide updates. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
