For almost 20 years, we have made vital contributions to the Oil & Gas sector of the UAE, executing both onshore and offshore projects. Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is one of our main clients along with Tier 1 and Tier 2 EPC contractors in this sector. We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services.
We are inviting applications for fresh graduate engineers to apply for the graduate program and become part of growing organization.

We are inviting applications for fresh graduate engineers to apply for the graduate program and become part of growing organization.
- The successful candidate shall be assigned on 06-month Graduate Program and 1st month shall be on rotation to work at Head Office / different businesses to get familiar with the Ghobash Group.
- 2nd month onwards shall be assigned with mentor in EEIC and shall rotate to work with different business units.
- Later, he/she shall be assigned to work with Projects to and assign different moderate tasks and simultaneously get on-job-training trainings on different tasks and projects.
- Upon completions of 06 months, based on the project tasks, assignments and committment to work with dedication, company shall review the employee performance and upcon completion shall be awarded a Graduate Certificate.
- After 06 month Graduation Program, he/she shall be assigned to work as a full time employee in the organization and follow the career ladder.
- Bachelor of Engineer in Mechanical Engineering with good CGPA score
Experience Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate with distinction in discipline
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Automation applications
- Time management and ability to work under moderate pressure.
- Ability to multi-tasks
- Willingness to learn new skills and adopt changes.
- Flexible personality with open mind
