Review and approve sustainable design submissions in accordance with GSAS requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities for project approvals.
Supervise mechanical works related to HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and sustainable building systems.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Civil Defense (QCDD) and sustainability standards.
Prepare technical reports and documentation for authority submissions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
UPDA / MMUP Grade A classification.
Certified in GSAS.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in building projects.
Strong knowledge of sustainable design, building codes, and local authority procedures.
