We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong knowledge in
MEP systems
, specifically
HVAC, Fire Fighting, and related mechanical services
. The candidate will be responsible for design coordination, site execution, supervision, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
, monitor work progress, and ensure quality and safety compliance.
Manage testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC and fire fighting systems.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and assist in procurement.
Attend coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Troubleshoot site issues and provide technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical Engineering
.
Proven experience in
MEP, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems
.
Strong knowledge of
ASHRAE, NFPA, and local UAE codes
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
(Revit knowledge is an advantage).
Good understanding of
site execution and project coordination
.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
