Mechanical Engineer approved by Dubai Municipality

Minimum
4 years of proven experience
in the same field within the UAE.
Strong background in
Mechanical works supervision and coordination
.
Thorough knowledge of
Dubai Municipality regulations, codes, and standards
.
Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with all stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for overseeing all
Mechanical works
on site.
Ensure mechanical works are executed in accordance with
approved shop drawings
, specifications, and within the approved construction program.
Supervise installation, inspection, and testing of all mechanical equipment and systems to ensure compliance with
consultant requirements and project specifications
.
Review and verify the accuracy of shop drawings and ensure compliance with consultant design and
local authority standards (Dubai Municipality)
.
Review consultant mechanical designs and specifications and report any discrepancies.
Manage day-to-day mechanical site activities, including:
Scheduling works
Assigning tasks to subordinates
Monitoring quality and accuracy of executed works
Ensuring availability of required resources
Resolving site-related technical and operational issues
Coordinate with project team members to ensure project deadlines and procedures are met.
Liaise with
Dubai Municipality and relevant authorities
for approvals of mechanical drawings and service connections.
Prepare and submit
mechanical shop drawings and material submittals
for consultant approval.
