Key Responsibilities
Prepare mechanical design drawings and calculations (HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, fire protection)
Develop design concepts and detailed construction drawings
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines
Prepare authority submission drawings and respond to comments
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
Ensure compliance with UAE codes, standards, and local authority requirements
Support project coordination meetings and design reviews
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
5 to 10 years of relevant experience
, preferably in the UAE
Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit MEP knowledge is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of UAE codes and authority requirements (DM, DEWA, DCD, etc.)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
