Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5-6 years experience in mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, or fire-fighting.
Specialized in HVAC , Fire Fighting & Plumbing.
Strong knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
Ability to prepare method statements, shop drawings, and project documentation.
Experience in site supervision, coordination with consultants and contractors.
Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle site issues.
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
