The role involves ensuring smooth operation of HVAC, plumbing, pumps, and fire-fighting systems, as well as supporting the maintenance team in delivering efficient and cost-effective property services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day maintenance and operation of all mechanical equipment within company-managed properties.
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, water supply, drainage, and fire-fighting systems.
Inspect and evaluate mechanical systems to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
Coordinate with maintenance technicians, contractors, and suppliers for timely resolution of mechanical issues.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other regulatory authority standards.
Prepare maintenance schedules, technical reports, and cost estimates.
Monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for mechanical equipment and ensure vendor performance.
Support property handover and snagging processes by checking mechanical installations.
Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, service reports, and material usage.
Assist in energy efficiency initiatives and system improvements across properties.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in
real estate property management or facility maintenance
in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of building mechanical systems: HVAC, plumbing, pumps, and fire-fighting equipment.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
UAE driving license .
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
