Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all mechanical works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, and safety regulations.
Review and approve HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting design drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Have experience and knowledge to perform site coordination with other MEP services
, ensuring proper alignment of mechanical works with
electrical, structural, and architectural layouts (above ceiling and reflected ceiling layouts)
.
Coordinate mechanical installations with other trades to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with
Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other authority requirements
.
Conduct site inspections to verify quality, progress, and safety compliance.
Prepare project schedules, technical reports, and quantity estimations.
Identify and resolve technical or coordination issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
Guide and support junior engineers and site teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
Minimum
10 years of total experience
, with
at least 5 years in Dubai
in building construction projects.
Proven experience in
HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems

Strong knowledge of
Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and local authority standards
