. The candidate should have a strong background in managing and executing mechanical projects across residential and commercial buildings.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute
firefighting system installations, testing and maintenance
.
Ensure full compliance with
UAE Civil Defense regulations
and safety standards.
Manage
HVAC, plumbing, and water pump systems
as part of overall MEP maintenance.
Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and coordinate with technicians and contractors.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and firefighting-related issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
Proven experience
in firefighting and building maintenance.
Strong knowledge of
Civil Defense procedures, NFPA standards
, and MEP systems.
Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
UAE driving license
preferred.
