Can Join Immediatly (URGENT)
Minimum 5yrs experience
Ensure all mechanical designs and implementations comply with Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), TRAKHEES, and other relevant authorities' regulations
Conduct detailed calculations, simulations, and system analyses to enhance performance, energy efficiency, and sustainability
Develop and optimize HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and drainage systems to meet project requirements.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within the overall project design
Lead technical meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews to resolve design challenges and ensure quality control.
Review, validate, and approve technical drawings, mechanical specifications, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory approvals.
Lead the mechanical design process for high-rise buildings and large-scale construction projects.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
