Job Description

Can Join Immediatly (URGENT) Minimum 5yrs experience Ensure all mechanical designs and implementations comply with Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), TRAKHEES, and other relevant authorities' regulations Lead the mechanical design process for high-rise buildings and large-scale construction projects. Conduct detailed calculations, simulations, and system analyses to enhance performance, energy efficiency, and sustainability Develop and optimize HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and drainage systems to meet project requirements. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within the overall project design Lead technical meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews to resolve design challenges and ensure quality control. Review, validate, and approve technical drawings, mechanical specifications, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory approvals. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to enhance system reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical systems in construction projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives and timelines are met. Lead the design and specification of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other relevant systems. Review and approve mechanical system designs, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
