Oversee HVAC design, installation, and commissioning in luxury villa projects
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients on project execution
Prepare and review HVAC drawings, load calculations, and BOQs
Supervise site activities and resolve technical issues promptly
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience
in HVAC, specifically in
villa projects in Dubai
Valid UAE driving license
is
mandatory
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (DX, VRF, ducted splits, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple sites and subcontractors
Excellent communication and project management skills
Additional Preferences:
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software
Experience in plumbing and fire fighting systems (advantageous)
UAE Society of Engineers membership (preferred)
Ability to join immediately or within short notice
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
