with 5-7 years of UAE experience in construction/MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing, supervising, and executing mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) while ensuring compliance with project requirements and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and approve mechanical engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for project delivery.
Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality and safety standards.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical reports.
Ensure compliance with UAE codes and authority approvals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5-7 years of UAE experience
in MEP/construction projects.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and engineering software.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage (not mandatory).
