We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining HVAC, plumbing systems for various residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects. Key Responsibilities: Design HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) based on project specifications. Perform load calculations, duct sizing, and equipment selection, Plumbing sytem design, aware of Unified Plumbing code, schematic diagram, layout for Water supply & drainage system including storm water system. Prepare layout drawings using AutoCAD/Revit or other design software. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, Drainage & Water Supply system. Ensure designs comply with local building codes, health & safety regulations, and sustainability standards. Conduct inspections during construction phases and recommend corrective actions when needed. Coordinate with other MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Low Current) disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project execution. Plan and supervise complete MEP system testing, including pressure tests, leak detection, air flow test, and flow rate verification etc. Knowledge of relevant international and local codes (e.g., IPC, UPC, NFPA, BS Standards). Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing Engineering (or equivalent).
5-10 years of relevant experience as Mechanical Engineer in design, tender and supervision in MEP Field. (experience in construction/MEP projects).
