Mechanical Engineer Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or architectural studies (preferably Mechanical Engineer)
Advanced knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD software
Advanced knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering
Excellent technical design skills
Good communication skills
A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
Ability to project manage
Ability to work well independently and in a team
Eager to learn and willing to accept challenges
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, industry standards, or governmental regulations including ISO, API, ASME, and ASTM
Prepare documents illustrating the conformance of materials to technical procedures, industry standards, or governmental regulations
Active participation in industry-standard committees
Experience in the development of P&IDs, and ISO using Auto CAD
Experience in Pipe Stress Analysis (Nonmetallic)
Vessel design per ASME code (manual calculation)
Has solid knowledge in Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
