We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Site Tanks Jacking Supervisors

Site Tanks Jacking Engineers

Site Tanks Jacking Managers

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and executing tank jacking operations according to project specifications, safety standards, and schedules. Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies. Managing and coordinating site teams, equipment, and resources effectively. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during jacking operations. Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies. Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, reports, and progress updates. Collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Mentoring and developing junior staff (for supervisory/managerial roles).
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in tank jacking operations, specifically within the oil & gas industry is MANDATORY. Demonstrable experience with various types of storage tanks (e.g., API 650, API 620). In-depth knowledge of tank jacking methodologies, equipment, and safety protocols. Proven understanding of oil & gas specific safety requirements and regulations. Relevant technical qualifications/degrees/certifications (e.g., Engineering degree for Engineers/Managers, vocational training for Foremen/Supervisors). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a demanding site environment and often remote locations. HSE certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are highly desirable.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
