Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a high-profile construction project in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining mechanical systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, analyze, and oversee mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) for construction projects.
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical system issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Ensure all mechanical works adhere to UAE regulations and international standards.
  • Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation for project stakeholders.
  • Assist in procurement, vendor evaluation, and material selection.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and building services.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, or other engineering software.
  • Knowledge of UAE regulations (DM, ADM, DEWA, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
