Job Description

Position:

Mechanical Engineer

Experience:

5+ years in the UAE

Industry:

MEP works for residential and villa construction

Requirements:



Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

in

mechanical works

(HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting) Strong background in

villa and residential building projects

Knowledge of

local regulations

,

DEWA

, and

Dubai Municipality standards

Proficient in

AutoCAD

,

MEP software

, and

design/shop drawing coordination

Ability to manage site execution and subcontractors Must be

available for in-person interview

in the UAE

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

UAE society or municipality registration is a plus
