Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, execution, supervision, and maintenance of mechanical systems within a variety of construction projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of UAE regulations, and excellent coordination skills to ensure systems meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:



Design and Planning



Develop HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system designs based on project specifications. Perform load calculations and prepare technical documentation, including shop drawings and submittals.

Project Coordination and Execution



Coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, electrical, civil) to ensure integrated system design. Supervise mechanical system installations on-site. Plan and monitor project timelines for MEP deliverables.

Compliance and Safety



Ensure compliance with UAE codes and regulations (DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.). Conduct safety inspections and promote energy-efficient, sustainable solutions.

Testing and Commissioning



Oversee system testing and commissioning processes. Resolve technical issues and ensure systems meet operational requirements. Prepare final reports and as-built documentation.

Maintenance and Support



Establish preventive maintenance programs. Provide post-construction technical support and propose system improvements when necessary.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the UAE. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, and related tools. Strong understanding of UAE-specific mechanical codes and standards. Excellent communication and project management skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
