Mechanical Engineer
to join our growing team and contribute to the execution of MEP works on our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, review, and supervise mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection for building projects.
Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, and shop drawings in line with project requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors for timely and cost-effective solutions.
Ensure all mechanical works are executed in compliance with local codes, standards, and project specifications.
Perform site inspections, testing & commissioning of systems, and issue progress reports.
Identify technical problems and implement effective solutions during project execution.
Participate in project planning, budgeting, and procurement processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Valid Dubai Municipality G+12 License
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other mechanical design software.
Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and international mechanical codes.
Excellent project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
