Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in electrical inspection and site supervision, with at least 3-4 years working in Construction Projects.
In-depth knowledge of Mechanical (Drainage / Hot & Cold Water Supply) installation practices, materials, and testing procedure.
Proficient knowledge of Mechanical codes (DEWA procedure for Water Connection), and handling Authority inspections.
Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and installation details.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to manage site activities efficiently under pressure while ensuring quality and safety.
Membership or certification with a recognized engineering body is preferred.
Experience working under FIDIC contracts and in coordination with supervision consultants is a plus.
Experience with Construction projects related mechanical installations (Industrial Projects, Commercial / Residential / Villa projects.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, or similar) and MS Excel
Knowledge in HVAC / Fire Fighting system will be added advantage
Valid UAE Driving License
