years of experience
with Mechanical maintenance experience preferably painting and blasting jobs for Oil, Gas & Marine Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple mechanical maintenance job sites, ensuring timely execution and completion of projects.
Evaluate and assess manpower requirements to optimize resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, store purchase team, supervisors to ensure efficient site operation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and present project reports, schedules, and budgets to management
Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across project phases.
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the
Marine, Oil & Gas industry
.
Bgas, NACE certification will be prefered.
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Excellent site management and communication skills.
Proficiency in Hindi & English
A
valid UAE driving license
is mandatory.
