Builds and maintains positive relationships between the supplier, customer, and the company to strengthen customer loyalty, increase referrals, and enhance dealer reputation.
Effectively communicates with customers on a timely basis, keeping the customer proactively informed of the status and completion of their repairs.
Resolves customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner and always looks for ways to better serve our customers.
Prepares Job card when required along with the report as per the job completed by the technicians in a timely manner
Performs quality control checks on finished job, assuring completion of repairs & cleanliness.
Write, plan and organize work orders; verify completion with Technicians; follow up promptly on any issues
Assists in maintaining a safe and environmentally friendly service operation.
Obtains warranty or service contract approvals in a timely manner.
Handles warranty on emails and sales force with the main supplier and reports to the concerned department and high management.
Has knowledge of engine, spare parts and tools
Has knowledge of CRM sales force
Has knowledge in electric, mechanic, and fiber job
Prepares weekly reports.
Assist the Parts Department with customer calls, walk-ins, and technician parts requests
Maintain and manage multiple schedules for the Service Department
Implement procedures to maximize efficiency
Comply with all Company policies and procedures
Has a continuous learning mindset, develops and maintains a high level of service knowledge
Other duties as assigned
