Job Summary: Looking for a Mechanical Engineer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Design and draft the building mechanical services from conceptual to the last stage
Prepare tender documents including detailed drawings, specification as well as Bill Of Quantities for the assigned project
Support tender technical analysis as well as negotiations
Oversee the construction as well as installation works of building mechanical services
Generate and submit project progress reports as appropriate
Oversee the commissioning program and sign-off
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution
The incumbent must have more than three (3) years of experience in the same role
Must have good knowledge of codes and standard for designing building mechanical services
Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must have good skills in project management
Strong knowledge in using the relevant software
Candidates on visit or cancelled visa are required
