Description

Job Location Dubai - UAE and All Loops projects inside and outside UAE.

Responsible for the Design, Detailed Engineering and Documents related to all the mechanical equipment for skid packages. Directly responsible for control of sub-contractors for the skid fabrication and piping assembly works.

The Main Job Activities:

- Review all mechanical / piping specifications for the project

- Liaise with Senior Project Engineer or Department Head for any deviations required.

- Review P I. D and GA for the skid packages

- Responsible for creation of detailed skid drawing with the assistance of Draftsman.

- Assist Senior Project Engineer in preparing/updating the project schedule

- Prepare specification and data sheets for equipment like strainers, valves, air eliminators, vessels etc.

- Prepares and updates documents and deliverables for sub-contractor

- Review of sub vendor documents and confirm its compliance with contract specifications.

- Review and approve subcontractor drawings .

- Control sub-contractor activities for Skid and piping Fabrication and skid Assembly.

- Attend/Arrange NDT where required.

Preferred Competencies:

- Familiar with International codes and standards ASME B 31.3, API MPMS and AGA.

Education University degree or college diploma in the field of Mechanical Engineering
