Mechanical Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and preventive/corrective maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water systems, plumbing, water supply, firefighting systems, etc Conduct performance audits, root-cause analysis, and technical evaluations of mechanical equipment. Track KPIs related to asset condition, maintenance response times, and service quality. Prepare and update preventive maintenance schedules (PPM) in coordination with FM planners. Manage and supervise technicians and subcontractors performing mechanical-related tasks Ensure all mechanical operations comply with civil defence requirements, and municipal regulations Implement health and safety practices aligned with company and governmental guidelines Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and inspection reports Prepare weekly and monthly FM performance reports
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Professional license or certification preferred (UPDA, PMP etc) 7-10 years of experience in mechanical design, construction, or maintenance Strong knowledge of mechanical systems: HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, piping, pumps, compressors, etc Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
