Job Description

Job Purpose:

Factory looking for a Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment. The role involves applying engineering principles to improve efficiency, safety, and performance while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research to identify problems that mechanical devices can solve, then design or redesign mechanical and thermal systems and components using specialized software like CAD.

Develop and build prototypes of new devices and systems to test their functionality and effectiveness.

Analyze test results, interpret data, and make design modifications to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability.

Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure products are built to the specified standards and quality.

Investigate equipment failures and operational issues to diagnose problems and recommend solutions.

Work with cross-functional teams, clients, and managers to define project requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Document designs, processes, and test results to maintain records and facilitate team understanding.

Typical Skills & Qualifications

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is typically required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, an understanding of thermodynamics, materials science, and complex mathematical analysis.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems and develop innovative solutions.

Creativity:

The ability to think creatively to design and develop new mechanical systems and devices.

Communication:
