UPDA ,QCD certified
, possess
a minimum of 5 years of experience
, and demonstrate excellent technical and site coordination skills.
Requirements:
UPDA Certification (Grade A, B, or C)
QCD
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum
4 years of relevant experience
in
Building construction industry
in Qatar or the GCC
Strong knowledge in:
HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting & Drainage systems
Review and preparation of shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
Site supervision, inspection & coordination with consultants and subcontractors
Local authority regulations (Ashghal, Kahramaa, QCD, etc.)
Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (experience with Revit is a plus)
Must be available
