Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
MME (UPDA) certified
Experience:
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience 7 years in FM in the Gulf
3 years on large-scale mechanical projects
Specialized Skills:
In-depth knowledge of elevators, escalators, pumps, plumbing systems, and irrigation
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance of mechanical systems and infrastructure Ensure effective operations of hydraulic and plumbing systems Diagnose system failures and implement long-term fixes Coordinate testing, commissioning, and upgrades of mechanical equipment Maintain compliance with operational safety and performance standards * Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
