Job Description

Seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with 7+ years of construction experience in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in mechanical systems and hands-on site experience in Dubai projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute installation of mechanical systems including: Drainage systems HVAC installations Fire Fighting networks Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and authority requirements Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project progress Prepare technical reports, method statements, and work inspections Ensure all works meet project quality standards and safety regulations Coordinate for approvals with local authorities such as Dubai Municipality, DCD, and other relevant departments Troubleshoot site issues and support timely project completion
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 7 years of mechanical construction experience in Dubai Strong knowledge in Drainage, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems UAE site experience is mandatory Familiar with local authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.) Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to join immediately (preferred)
