tender drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
in compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and Dubai authority standards
Coordinate with architects, structural, and other MEP disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions
Liaise with
Dubai Municipality, DDA, JAFZA, Trakhees CED, DEWA, DCD and other authorities
for design approvals and inspections
Supervise site execution, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Review material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements
Support project managers in variation assessments, progress reporting, and client communication
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
5-8 years' experience
in HVAC design and MEP supervision (UAE / GCC experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of
ASHRAE, SMACNA, and Dubai authority regulations
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, and MS Office
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Available to join
immediately or within short notice
